Andrea Navedo, an American writer and actress. She started out her acting career with the soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light, and later was in a number of roles supporting in primetime television. She was a part of the ABC soap drama One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. She became a member of The CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. She made her film debut through a tiny role as a character in Girl 6 (1996) then she appeared in two episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo was in Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the one year following. Navedo was a recurring character on the NBC Crime Show Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Later, he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods as well as Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo was also in a variety of films like El Cantante and Remember Me.
